Hi friends-

Yesterday, my good friend, colleague, and co-Substacker Grant Wahl died suddenly while covering the World Cup in Qatar. I will write about Grant in a separate post but I needed to tell you all this right now because I almost canceled today’s Lab session because I am a devastated and grieving mess. But that means I probably need to force myself to sit down right now and write about Grant because I’ll never feel like writing about his death and writing about horrible things is the main tool I have available to process them.

So, we will spend a few minutes talking about Grant and then we will be creative together for an hour in his memory. This zoom is open to all paid subscribers. I will have a free post about Grant available for everyone to read later today.
