"Hyun-jin Ryu signed an eight- (!!) year deal to go back and play in the KBO. He will be 44 years old when the contract ends."

KBO is a great way to start the early morning on the east coast. Games are in the late innings around 7-8am and all games stream for free. The games remind me of MLB from the 70s & 80s.

The top-10 averages were all over .310 (and remember there are only ten teams). MLB has 30 teams and the 10th best average was .293

One KBO player hit 30 HRs, the third most was 23.

Five KBO starters out of ten teams had a sub-3.00 ERA. There five were total in all of MLB.

It's fun and the fanbases are crazy. Looking forward to it.

I LOL'd so hard at the couch cushion line...cuz we all know it's so true with that team :)

‘Bellinger, Blake Snell, Jordan Montgomery and Matt Chapman remain unsigned heading into the final week of February. Scott Boras reps them all. Giants fans want all four’.

To put it your perfect fashion: Hell yes!

Re; the MLB uniform fiasco: Clothing from China and possibly other countries have recently been shown (by scientists) to have cancer causing chemicals in them, as well as materials that will not break down in hundreds, or thousands of years. This should be looked into if MLB and Fanatics are importing these uniforms.

The Giants always seem to want everyone, but rarely get anyone.

I was saying to my boyfriend at the gym today that it feels HUGELY OBVIOUS very few women were involved in this MLB White Pants fiasco, as any woman who has purchased white pants knows to check and see how visible your undies are in them first. Did...no one try these on first?!?!?

I remember the story that there was a player who thought he played better in tight pants. But this is ridiculous.

And then Joe comes out with “the trouble with transparency” and just that subheader made me snort laugh. Oh Molly, you are priceless.

Perhaps a bit more, ahem, revealing: Another author -Joe Pos -pointed out: ESPN all over this story….nothing….nothing on MLB.com.

The only thing that MLB is TRYING to cover up is the fact that their uniforms don’t cover up.

Time to own the problem.

I agree. The Giants have money and are desperate.
