Absolutely brilliant ❤️. Thank you for sharing. Thank you for using your voice to help people who don’t know where to start. Anxiety and depression overwhelm and trick you into thinking there’s no way out. So so much help is out there; you just have to know where to start.

Wow! Talk about timing! It’s as if you knew exactly what I needed to read right at this moment. I can only say thank you. That you can articulate so wonderfully what many of us struggle to is more valuable than than you will ever know.

As someone who also suffers from depression and anxiety, along with PTD, I understand how very brave this post must have been to write. I know this isn't of everyone, but I would add that having a dog (pet) is very helpful. My dog is always ready to great the day! When I don't feel like getting out of bed, her energy is infectious and is enough to get me moving. Also, I am responsible for her welfare which also gets me going.

Thanks again - love The Long Game.

This is wicked man, thanks for spreading the info and know-how. Good luck with the writing and mental health, as well.

Thanks for writing this wonderful article. Your honesty is refreshing. I gotta say, it’s REALLY expensive to find the right help even with fantastic health insurance. A hybrid cbt/past process model sounds fantastic, but in NYC it seems these therapists charge $400 plus a session. Not your fault of course, just a sad state of things. Best! Glad I found this sub (my first) after reading a tweet of yours. I still think Gonsolin deserves the ball for the ASG, but I’m just a Yankee fan:-)

This was the first piece of Molly’s that I read, and it’s true to my experience of depression.
